To kick of Valentines day weekend, the good folks at BBE hosted an intimate show with Bilal at the Park, and he was kind enough to sit down with us and chat for moment.  To be perfectly honest, I have never been a huge Bilal fan. I guess I just never “got it”… but in the middle of sound check I looked up thought “ooooooooooooooohhh, thats what all the hype is about”.  Live, everything changed for me. Bilal truely beats to his own drum, and I have nothing but respect for his work now.  In the Lunch Break Episode, Bilal speaks a bit about the process he goes through to come up with just proflic sounds and the direction he hopes to take it in the future.
